Poor experience. I was misinformed about the insurance process and ended up paying without getting reimbursed. Communication was unclear, and there was no proper support after the issue. Would not recommend.

I have been a regular customer of this optical studio for almost 10 years. This place is reliable, affordable, and credible. Shaheen and his team of people are very friendly and patient with all kinds of queries about optics. I would not go to another place to buy my optical as well as sunglasses. Over the years Shaheen has made his name and gained credibility only due to being customer friendly and facilitating a world class product at an affordable price.
